While poking around Joann's last week to kill time before an appointment (Me running early? A miracle!), I found some really fun fabrics. And naturally, had to take photos to share with y'all.
I am in LOVE with the madras fabrics. Soooo pretty! I want a dress in every color. But I have zero desire to experiment as I am sure the outcome would not be pretty.
This is a terrible photo because of the store lighting but this basket weave was so lovely in Kelly green. It would be such a great skirt (with a lining) fabric.
I just thought the bikes were so sweet and springy.
I think this is meant for some sort of communion or pageant dress. But for some reason, I thought it was fun. All fluffy and prissy. Every little girl's dream fabric.

I have long been a fan of burlap. But it seems with the popularity of Pinterest, the popularity of burlap has grown too. It now comes is all sorts of great prints.
The bees, letter press and bikes were my favorite. They would make really fantastic gift and wine bags!

I think the plaids/madras and bike patterns are my favorite. So cute!! Lots of fun things to do. I'd make a golf skirt with that bike pattern.
I love the anchors and the burlap. I haven't been in Joann's since Christmas, I need to go check out the new stuff. Not that I need anything!
