Seeds Are Just The Beginning
I am beyond excited that my big seed order arrived this past week. I plan to start seeds indoors this week and then expand to a community garden plot this year. A first all around for me!
I ordered all of the weirdest seeds I could find. I mean, anyone can grown a normal green bean. That's all well and good. But how many folks are growing 12" long beans that taste like asparagus? (hand raised)
Oh and the tomato second from the to left up in the top row claims to be pink and green striped. An obvious need! Preppy + tomato = total must have!
I know my gardening blog posts are the least popular of all my blog posts. But they also bring me great joy. And well...guess who runs this little bloggy blog?!
So I am excited to hopefully do some regular garden posts this spring and summer. And gosh if any of this stuff actually grows and fruits, I should be able to share some really fun recipes. I mean, extra super fun considering I've never tasted many of these things. Ground cherries and banana melon, anyone?

I love your garden posts. Keep them up!:)
Good luck with your gardening! I got my seeds last week, but I'm not going to be quite that adventurous. Anxious to hear how some of those do :)
I love your garden posts!
We started seeds inside last week - we should see some little sprouts this week.
Ground cherries are a little weird. They grow wild here and we used to eat them growing up, but I just had them again for the first time in forever last summer. They are like a weird mixture of a tomato and a cherry.
