I know a lot of people don't like Ikea but look what I found (can you sense my complete boredom this weekend?!)! I love love felt play food. It's just so simple and sweet and quiet. Have I ever told you that I am a very noise sensitive person? If I am watching TV, I must be able to hold the remote control to lower the volume the very moment commercial come on. They are sooo loud. I cannot carry a proper conversation if TV or radio are on in the background. And noisy kid toys...the very worst! My girlfriend buys her daughter every bloody noise-maker she can find. I'm sure this all falls back on me being an only child or something. It always comes back to that.
Anyway, I just adore felt food. There are some amazing crafters who sell it on etsy but I found these fun goodies on the Ikea website last night. The most expensive set is $7.99 and my favorite set, the cheese board is only $4.99! Unfortunately, Ikea still does not offer shipping. I think that is beyond dumb, by the way. Not that they asked me. But if you happen to live close and need an adorable kiddie gift, hello adorable!

I am so with you on the noisy toys! I was the oldest of three kids too, so it's not like I didn't grow up in a noisy house. I don't buy things with batteries on principle. My mom thinks I'm mean, haha!
Those are so cute! I'm very noise-adverse which I always blame on being an only child. I get uncomfortable with extremely loud noise, especially radios or tvs turned up too high.
