8 Random Questions

I was tagged and looky loo....I am actually following through! That's so rare for me. Though I always intend to. I just get forgetful. Inside the Yellow House came up with 8 random questions that were fun and quick to answer. I invite y'all to play along too.


1. If you could leave for vacation tomorrow, where would you go?

Where wouldn't I go is an easier question! I'd love to go to London- I'd actually like to live there to be honest. I'd love to go to South Africa, Ireland, China, and on and on. I'd also love to go to Napa and Maine. Can you believe I've never been to Maine? It's just a few hours up the road!

2. Do you have pets?

Um, if you count my fur child as a pet, then yes. She thinks she's a princess though so please don't tell her she's actually a dog. Sadie Kate is my little furry love!

3. What is one thing you love about your neighborhood?

The architecture. We have some of the most stunning architecture in the world in my little city. And it is said that we have more LC Tiffany designs here than anywhere else in the world. I sort of doubt the validity of that claim but we do have a lot of stunning windows and woodwork by LCT.

4. Where do you think of as "home?"

Growing up, I called Upstate NY home, even though I lived in South Florida. But as an adult, I am not sure I would claim this as my home. I didn't grow up here and I don't fit in here very well at all. I guess I say I am "going home" when I go down to South Florida. It's true, Fort Lalaland is my hometown!

5. What's your guilty pleasure?

What isn't?! Ice cream, dried cherries, blogging, crappy reality TV shows, online shopping....the list could go on forever.

6. What did you watch on TV last night?

Not much. There just isn't anything interesting on right now. When that happens I tend to watch a lot of CNN. Love me some Anderson! But over the weekend my Discovery Health Channel showed several episodes of The Beekman Boys and I am just itching for Time Warner to add in the Planet Green Channel up here. The show is filmed not even an hour away but I only just saw it because of course we are not given that channel up here.

7. What do you wish you did better?

Many many things. I wish I could self-motivate better. To work out mostly. Or to just say no to potato chips. I wish I could figure out tech gizmos like my blackberry and computer. I wish I was better organized. I am great at organizing some things but not everything all at the same time. Actually that's why I've not been blogging much this week. I WILL get my home organized one paper and yard of fabric at a time!!

8. Sunrise or sunset?

I wish I could say sunrise but I am not a morning person whatsoever. So sunset it is!
