2012 Resolutions

To lose 20 lbs.

To procrastinate less.

I am keeping it simple this year.  Not that either of these will at all be easy.  They are forever my goals.  But then I procrastinate working out by eating a snack.  See how that works?  So I have narrowed it all down to two New Year's Resolutions for 2012.  I have 365 days to make it work!

I really need to conquer both goals though for my mental health more than anything.  Stress is my biggest issue and I have a sneaking suspicion these will really minimize it.  I don't need to be perfect.  But I do want to actively work towards better.

2012...it's going to be a BIG year!  I can feel it.  Full of changes and challenges but also full of great rewards.

Are there any goals or resolutions you are working towards this year?

Happy New Year! My resolutions are always the same: Spend Less/Save More, Exercise More/Weigh Less. See how that works? :-) I know you can achieve your goals! XOXO

I commend you on even making a resolution. I resolved not to make any resolutions, but to just give more effort in all aspects of my life.
I don't think I've EVER kept a single resolution I've made.
I could definitely stand to lose weight (and a lot more than you)probably twice as much.

I can so relate to your resolutions. This year I have a big project in mind that I'd like to see come true. I did pretty well with my goals that I set last year so I'm hoping this year will be the same. I wrote them down {so they were always in focus} and visited them often to make sure I was on track.

Good luck; I know you can do it!

You can do it! I've lost about 25 pounds so far and need to lose about 10 more. We can do it!

Procrastination is a trap I fall into, deeply. My main goal this year is to look after myself more and put myself first more often. I tend to get walked over a lot in my life. 2012 is the year for this to stop. Best of luck with your resolutions, I know we can both achieve our goals.

Mine are healthy eating/weight loss/exercise and spending more time focusing on God and less time time focusing on all the other stuff.

Good luck with your goals. I know you can do it!
