Quick Question

Do any of y'all know of a good team-building exercise for college aged kids and adults?  Maybe something that gets you up and moving about the room?  I need one more idea for my big meeting this weekend.  Any thoughts?

Yes, title it "Obstacles". You have to come up with a couple of hurdles, or obstacles that the girls have to work together as a team to accomplish.
One that I did in college was that I was asked if I thought I could get from point A to point B if someone was talking me through it. I said yes and did it.Then the teacher asked if I could do the same thing blind folded and I said yes and did it. Then the teacher stratigically dropped a ton of tacks on the floor and asked me the same question only this time I was blind folded, I had to remove my shoes and I had to listen for the voice of the one person that was supposed to be guiding me amongst the chatter and murmuring of all the other students. It was hard and I walked very slowly, but concentrated on the one voice I needed to hear to tell me to turn left, turn right, etc... It was a great learning experience.

I'm sure you've tried/done two truths and a lie. Once, we did back to back, where everyone stood back to back and then some controversial statements are read, each team member does a thumbs up, thumbs down, or neutral thumb, turns around, and compares their statement with their partner.

good luck!

Scissor-kicks?

Where you lay down on your back, put both legs in the air, and kick in back and forth in a scissor like motion.

Brutal, but effective!
