Around 4AM on Monday morning, I woke up crying. Not like a little bit, but I was hysterically bawling. And had no idea why. I have no idea if it was a dream. I had zero memory- not even a distant thought. I had no particular emotional feelings. I didn't feel particularly sad or scared or happy or anything else. Woke up sobbing uncontrollably for no known reason. How strange is that?!

Bless your heart! I hope you're feeling better today! That has never happened to me, though I am no stranger to crazy dreams.
I can't say I've ever experienced that one before. I've had the same thing happen, but it's always been because of a nightmare. My nightmares always involve a family member dying...no going back to sleep after that.
That happened to me like two days ago! I was crying in my dream though. I wonder what it means?!
I wonder what that would mean. I have never woken up crying but have remembered crying in my dream.
I did that the other night but I know why. I have been having back pain and was dreaming about it. It hurt so bad I woke up crying. So weird how that happens.
Something like that happened to me before! I woke up, dreamless I'm pretty sure, and then tears just kept quietly rolling off my cheek. I just went through my usual morning routine and watched some TV stoically--except that I was technically "crying."
