Hair Goodness

So last week I mentioned finding an amazing new product. I think that is a bit of an over-the-top build up but y'all can be the judge. I was passing through Wally World and spotted this set of two headbands by Conair. I think they were @$3? Don't really remember but I know they were cheap cheap. So here's why I am head over heels for them (seriously....I make myself laugh with ridiculous humor like this daily....hehehe)... they don't hurt. They are soft, flexible plastic. So none of that digging into my temples business happening. The underside (part that touches my hair) has several sets of little combs/teeth so it stays in place. I have very soft/slippery hair and have to go to great measures for things to stay in place on my head. They look like nice tortoise shell headbands and come in several other styles. I love them. You will too. They fit soooo well and are soooo comfortable. I know, this is not at all earth-shattering. But mid-afternoon when you are ready to pull your hair out because it is not cooperating, trust me, no thank you's require!

And just because she is so stinkin' cute.... my little Sadie Kate having a mid-afternoon nap on the sofa (the sofa she is not supposed to be on but clearly, I suck at disciplining anyone who looks at me with those darling puppy eyes!). That blanket was folded on the end of the couch and she took the liberty of "fixing it." She has to mess it up to use as a little nest or pillow. Princesses need a proper place to rest their heavy heads, you know!

I'll have to try these headbands. I think I saw them as Target actually.

My dog does the same thing with the blanket on our couch. So cute!

Trixie Lulu also likes to make a little nest out of our blankets. She also likes to get out of whatever position she is in, make 2-3 circles, and then lies down in the same spot.
