So the dirty, ugly truth is that I absolutely cannot stand Miley Cyrus. Oh it's not that I just don't care for her. It's a full on physical reaction that I have when I see her or hear her or read about her. She is totally going to be the next Brittney or Lindsay. FTW (Future Train Wreck). No question. She'll be dancing on tables topless and panty-less before we know it. Her voice sends shivers down my spine. The same unwelcome twitchy thing happens to me when I hear Paula Abdul or Donald Trump talk. Don't ask me why. I am just telling you how I feel kids.
I don't wish her any ill will. I just would be totally OK if I didn't have to see her or hear her. Ever. I don't think those Annie Leibovitz photos were bad. That "naked" picture didn't offend me in the least bit. She was more covered up than most kids walking around the malls today. I don't get why her parents let her (as a 15 year old) talk about relationships in magazines or post scandalous videos of herself on the web. But she is likely a good person (waiting to go bad of course....remember.....FTW). She just bugs me. A lot. A whole lot!
So there you have it. Can we still be pals after all of my controversial blog posts lately? I know parents adore this young woman. But seriously....I just do not get it.

FTW. Love it. I don't have the strong reaction you do to Miss Cyrus, but I do see her potentially headed that way some day. (Not that I would hope that on her - but you know what I'm saying...)
I feel the same way! She sounds like she's been drinking for 10 years too. That bugs me. HAHA!

I'm with ya. I'm sick of hearing story after story about her inappropriate video posts, photos of herself, etc. She's way too young and on her way to Train Wreck status faster than Brit and Lindsey. Atleast they were "normal" for a few years. Billy Ray should know a thing or two about celebrity too.. so I'm not sure why the parents aren't doing more to subdue her behavior. Yikes! Ok, there's my celebrity rant for the week :)
I absolutely hate Miley Cyrus, because I have a 7 year old sister that idolizes her and I totally envision Miley as being the next Britney or Jamie Lynn, because not only does she not care that she is a role model to young girl, she seems to be mocking the fact that little girls look up to her.

I'm with you, again. My 9-year old niece LOVES her. Ick. The show is sooo painful to watch, as I have been forced to on occasion with her. I don't know who's worse...Miley or Hannah. Ahhhhh!
You are SOOOOO not the only one! I can't stand Miley Cyrus. I also have heard she is a complete brat to people around this town which annoys me. Unfortunately, my niece LOVES "Hannah Montana". My sister tried to never let her watch it, but the MIL let her. SO now my niece is not allowed to watch her until she's 10 (5 years of no Miley! Yay!) I hate that the character/merchandise is marketed to children by a spokesperson who acts like Miley does.
I am in total agreement. As the old adage goes, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. And we've all seen that achy-breaky tree...

OK so what is that pictures at the bottom of your post? Tacky, I'd say. Very tacky. Cheesey, VERY MUCH!!! She's okay I just struggle with the blonde one minute and brunette the next. I think she is confusing to small kids. And she is posted all over WALMART ARGH
