Truthfully

Nothing says conservative court attire like a slinky white spandex dress.

It's terribly wrong of me, but I feel a little bit of joy every time Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton go to jail.  I know...decorating my hand basket now.

Why do they even make those dresses?? Really, is there any reason ever to wear white spandex, besides a sports bra, under a top?? If only they went to a real gaol & actually paid for their crimes. Dumb & Dumber. Love Posie

You don't think a skin tight mini dress just reeks of innocence, redemption and is an unspoken way of saying shes learned her lesson???? LOL.....sooooo agree. Sorry she is a train wreck who needs desperately to be put away to get her head back on her body and start behaving like an adult...her behavior is so wreckless and such a sad cry for help that I am afraid one morning we will hear that shes done something really crazy. I hope this judge this go around has the sense to realize this and realize the biggest favor he could do would be for her to serve time. She needs a serious shock to her system. (and a new stylist to instruct her on what is and what is not appropriate to wear to court)!!!!!

I agree with you. If I was her lawyer, I would have insisted she wear a pant suit with a top that doesn't expose her cleavage. She needs to at least look like she's taking this all seriously (even though she clearly is not).

I just busted out laughing at work when I read this... I have been on a kick lately about how her and Miley Cirus dress. I mean if Miley wants a better name, she could try going for the un-ratty hair look and wearing a classy gown at awards shows. Same with Lindsay and her court attire... Great post!

Hilarious. Why can't she wear a suit like a normal person?

She's inappropriate in just about every way, isn't she?

Ha! I feel the same way. Everyone needs a little Schadenfreude to get you through the day. Your caption on the photo cracked me up.

Yeah, I had read about her inappropriate attire, but had yet to see the dress everyone was talking about. My theory is she's aware that she's going to jail, so why not mess with everyone involved with the process? She's thumbing her nose at the whole thing. Truly sad.

Good afternoon from Tokyo!

I don't think I delight in "who" is being taken to task, just the fact that someone is not playing the Hollywood game and expects these God awful people named celebrities to suffer the consequences the law holds us all accountable to. I applaud these judges that are telling people who obviously need help that they are not getting a free pass.

Kudos to you who buck the trend!

Warmly,

Elizabeth
