I don't drink much coffee during the warmer months. Sometimes I will make an iced coffee (or coffee milk) but I just can't conceive of drinking something hot when it's hot outside. But now that fall is officially here, it's coffee/cocoa/soup time. Not everyday. And unless I am at someone's home, I only drink decaf. But sometimes a hot cup of coffee really just makes the day better.
One of my favorite night time treats is coffee with Bailey's. Or just Bailey's. Ha! In the morning, sometimes I feel like a sweet treat. As much as I love Starbucks, they are often too sweet for my tastes. Their mochas taste like straight chocolate syrup to me. Not my thing. But at home, I just add a teaspoon or two of hot cocoa mix to my hot coffee cup. Just enough to give me that chocolate touch without being overboard. And a fraction of the price of a Starbucks bevvy.
Not that it will stop me from picking up a beloved Pumpkin Spice Latte (and Eggnog Latte at Christmastime)!

I'm going to try adding a tsp of hot cocoa to coffee to see if I like it. It sounds yummy! A day without coffee is a ruined day for me!
I love bailey's....err... bailey's in my coffee, too!! Fall winter coffee drinks are so much better than their summer versions!
That picture made me look at my travel mug with disdain.
I'm still behind on the Bailey's obsession but I LOVE coffee and I heard it was really good.
BTW, thanks for the advice about the white Dollar Tree plates. Not judging at all because I love it. They have some brands I like :)
I love adding the coffee creamers to my hot cooca for a bit of flavor.
I tried the toffee mocha from Starbucks this week and it was yummy.
I need to go get some coffee asap.
I love cocoa in my coffee! It's one of my favorite Friday morning, end of the week indulgences.
Yum! I just put Bailey's on our grocery list!!! :)
