And The Season Is Officially Here

Bought this pink pig in high heels ornament at Target today. Isn't she adorable? The first sign that the holiday season is officially here in my household. I also have a coupon for 50% off anything at Michaels. The sales lady said that did not include the fake trees. But the fine print states trees over 4 feet tall. I have every intention to buy myself an under four foot tall pink tree at 50% off this week. I'm skipping right over Thanksgiving this year apparently. Is it tacky to have a pumpkin next to my pink Christmas tree? Well y'all won't tell, will you?!

That little pig is about the cutest darn thing I've seen in a long time! Too adorable!!

Btw..pink & orange go very well together. I think the pumpkin under the tree idea is really kinda creative!

My tree is going up early next week. I am baking some pumpkin pies to get the "you are skipping thanksgiving" people off my back!

I don't follow those silly people who decorate for Thanksgiving. They are taking up precious Christmas decorating time!

I bought the same pig last year! We named her "Petunia" and she is the crown jewel in my pink/silver/red sparkly/shiny/fluffy tinsel tree. :)

I bought the same ornament last year :) I'm doing the same thing this year - basically skipping right over Thanksgiving decoration wise. *lol* My husband brought in our Christmas stuff yesterday and I will be putting up this week, lol.

Love this!!! Since we go to my folks' house late in the day on Thanksgiving, the kids and I spend the morning and afternoon decorating the house for Christmas...I can't wait.

Okay...I've been going to Targets all over Colorado looking for posted pink pig and can't find it. If you happen to see another one can you buy it for me and I'll pay you for shipping, pig and your time. It's adorable.

I HAVE that pig ornament!!! My first Christmas of putting up my own tree, my dog Tessie destroyed my stuffed animal pig ornament. That ornament pictured is what I won at an ornament party.

Can you believe it? I found it today. I went into Target to buy Honey Crisp Apples and I found the piggy. I also saw an elephant (did not buy it) and a blue dinosaur (did buy it for my son Jack...he's a dino expert). I also found a beautiful, silver letter R momogram with bling on it. See what Target does????Gets me in so much trouble, but thanks for sharing where to buy the pig, it's cute.
